                                                NOTICE  INVITING TENDER         

                                       

Sealed item rate tender on form no. 6 & 8 are hereby invited on behalf of Governor of Himachal Pradesh by the State Project Director Rashtriya Madhamik Shiksha Abhiyan(RMSA) Shimla for the following work, from the approved and eligible contractors in the HPPWD, so as to reach in the office of  State Project Director, Rashtriya Madhamik Shiksha Abhiyan(RMSA) Shimla on or before 12-10- 2011 Up to 12:00 Noon and will be opened on the same day at 3:00 P.M. in the presence of intending contractors or their authorized representatives. The tender form can be had from the office of the State Project Director Rashtriya Madhamik Shiksha Abhiyan(RMSA), DPEP Bhawan Lalpani, Shimla 171001 against cash payment of 625/-(non refundable) from 20-09-2011 To 12-10-2011 up to 5:00 PM. The earnest money in the shape of National saving certificate/Time deposit account / saving account in any of Post office in H.P. duly pledged in favour of Assistant Engineer (SSA) Distt Chamba must be accompany with each tender. Conditional tender and tender received without earnest money will summarily be rejected. The offer of the tender shall be kept open for 90 days. The State Project Director Sarv Shiksha Abhiyan Shimla reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reasons.

 Time Limit:           One Year                                   Cost of tender form: 625 /-   

TERM AND CONDITIONS:-

  1. The approved contractors should bring photo copy of their enlistment/renewal latest.
  2. Tender document will only be issued to those which fulfilling the condition of form 06 and 08.
  3. The contractor should be registered as a dealer under HP sales tax act 1968 and also produce sales tax clearance certificate from Excise and Taxation department.
  4. Telegraphic / fax tender are not acceptable.
  5.  The contractor should have the labour license & Insurance from the competent authority under contact act 1970.
  6.  The contractor must quote their rates in words as well as in figures.
  7. The work should be completed with in stipulated period of agreement and progress of work should be achieved with reference to completion schedule and if the progress is not found according to time schedule the action as per various clauses of agreement will automatically became operative.
  8. Income tax clearance certificate to be produced.
  9. The lowest contractor will have to submit the working schedule at the time of negotiation which will form part of the agreement. The completion time will be considered from the date of issue of letter of intent.
