This online application may be used to book the seats in Himachal Road Transport Corporation buses for various destinations with in and outside the Himachal Pradesh. The detailed guidelines to use this service are as under :-

1. If you are a new user and not registered, please register to get access to this application. If you are already registered with this service, then you can use your existing User Name and Password to enter into this application by Clicking here .

2. In order to register, click on "Register Here" link on the Home Page or Click here to Register.

3. A registration form appears on the screen. Fill all the details on the form and submit them. Choose your "user name" and "password" and please make sure that you don't forget the same.

4. Once your registration is active your can use your "user name" and "password" to login into the application. Enter user name and password and click on login button to enter into the application.

5. Successful login will redirect to the Online Booking Page. Follow the instruction there after as per your query to use this service.

6. Booking can presently be done upto 12 hours prior to departure time of the bus, due to various administrative reasons. However, this time will be reduced soon.

7. Cancellation can be done online only upto 6 hours prior to the departure time of the bus. After that no cancellation request will be entertained.

8. No Email request will be entertained for the cancellation of tickets .
