| Filing of online grievances using e-samadhaan through Lok Mitra Kendras has been approved by the Cabinet on 18-5-2010. A notification has been issued in this regard. An amount of Rs.4/- will be charged per grievance from the citizens and these charges will be inclusive for looking up the status of the grievance as and when requested by the citizen. |
